Service Description

Zoom Video Consultation This consultation is conducted via Zoom video call and allows us to discuss your dog’s health, behaviour, lifestyle and nutrition in a more interactive way. The video format allows you to show your dog during the consultation so we can look at things such as body condition, coat health, mobility, skin concerns or other visible issues. During the consultation we will discuss your dog’s current diet, lifestyle, behaviour and any health concerns you may have. Each consultation is tailored to your dog’s individual needs. Detailed notes will be taken during the consultation and all information will be carefully reviewed. Following the consultation you will receive a personalised report via email outlining recommendations and guidance to help support your dog’s health and wellbeing. Consultations run for up to 1 hour. After receiving your report you will have up to 7 days email support to ask questions or discuss the recommendations further. If further investigation or support is required after this time, a follow-up consultation can be booked.
