Service Description

Email Consultation This consultation is completed entirely via email and is ideal for owners who prefer written communication or are unable to attend a phone or video consultation. After booking and payment, you will receive a detailed Dog Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire to complete. This allows me to gather important information about your dog including their diet, behaviour, lifestyle, medical history and any concerns you would like support with. Once the questionnaire has been reviewed, you will receive a personalised written report via email outlining recommendations tailored specifically to your dog’s needs. This may include guidance around diet, lifestyle, behaviour, supplements and overall wellbeing. Following your report, you will have up to 7 days email support to ask further questions or clarify any recommendations. To ensure consultations remain manageable and fair for all clients, this includes up to 3 follow-up emails within the 7 day period. If additional guidance or further investigation is required after this time, a follow-up consultation can be booked.
